Do we need new hardware?
Whatever your gym already uses for check-in - card scanners, biometric readers or a manual desk - Coressssfitzaa9 fits around it. Nothing forced.
How does data migration work?
A CSV of your current member list is enough to seed the platform. Cycles and payment history come next. Our team walks through it during onboarding.
Do the Ai plans replace our trainers?
No. Every plan is a draft the trainer approves. Overrides log back and improve the next generation. The trainer stays in the loop.
What are the contract terms?
Month-to-month on Starter and Growth. Multi-branch runs on an annual arrangement that includes onboarding. No lock-in beyond the term.
Can we start on Starter and move up later?
Yes. All plans share the same underlying platform. Moving up is a change in what's enabled, not a re-migration.
Who owns the data?
You do. Full CSV export at any time. Nothing held hostage inside a paid tier.
